Coach kami memulai dengan penilaian postur dan gerakan, menggunakan teknologi terbaru seperti Boditrax dan MyCoach untuk memantau progres serta mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan.

02 SET

Coach berpengalaman mengajarkan peregangan dan aktivasi otot sebelum latihan, teknik pendinginan setelah latihan, serta penggunaan foam roller untuk mengurangi nyeri otot.

03 GO

Dynamic Movement Training berfokus pada gerakan alami untuk meningkatkan kekuatan inti dan memperbaiki kebugaran kardio, dengan panduan langsung dari coach.

Your Certified Fitness Coach will assess various fitness markers, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, coordination, and stamina. You'll also receive insights into your BMI (body mass index) and body fat distribution. 

Your Certified Fitness Coach will work with you to optimise your workout, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with your fitness goals as well as your daily commitments such as the school run or client meetings. This tailored approach maximises the effectiveness of your training within your time constraints.

Our Certified Fitness Coaches undergo rigorous in-house training programs that are certified by reputable fitness authorities such as the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). This ensures that they are equipped with the highest level of expertise to guide you towards your fitness goals.

We employ cutting-edge technology through MyCoach, available on the Fitness First app. This innovative tool allows you to systematically track your progress across 11 different components of fitness, enabling us to target specific goals with precision. This data-driven approach ensures that your training regimen remains dynamic and effective, continuously adapting to your evolving fitness needs.
