FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A prepaid class or gym access that has a flexible option for accessing any of the 11 Fitness First Clubs in the Philippines without the commitment of a monthly membership. It is available to have a Class Credit or Gym Credit.
Simply choose between a 5, 10, 20, 30, or 50 package of either Class Credit or Gym Credit when you visit the club or via online. You’ll have these credits added in your membership account. Each time you visit the club or attend a class, one credit will be deducted from your account.
Yes, but we made sure that our validity period will be longer to accommodate your lifestyle.
Unused credits will expire at the end of the validity period and we do not offer refunds or extensions for expired credits. We encourage you to plan your schedule and appropriate package accordingly.
For those using Class Credits, please be in the club at least 15 mins before class starts.
You will have access to our lockers and members’ lounge for your convenience
For those using Gym Credits, you may use any gym floor equipment.
If you are unsure how to use the equipment our coaches and staff will be happy to assist you.
Should you wish to join any of our classes, you may purchase a FITPASS Class Credit for it.
